On this page is a selection of 21 books that have particularly influenced me as a designer and, therefore, as a person. These are manuals, monographs, anthologies and collections on specific designers, topics or artistic movements.
The stages of research and creative exploration are the moments of design that most emotionally involve me. I constantly try to broaden the source areas of resources as much as possible, but my library remains the most important source of inspiration. Starting with the conviction that - at least for the present - only a small percentage of the visual materials that can be found, even more easily, in a well-organised bookshop can be found on the Internet.
